HR Administrative Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:00am – 3:00pm with a 30min lunch break

Pay rate: $14.00/hour

Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043

Typical Classification Essential Duties:

· Screen telephone calls from applicants and route to appropriate individual.

· Prepare and process confidential and sensitive HR Documents.

· Maintain office records and files.

· Schedule meetings/interviews and document meeting notes.

· Preparation of routine correspondence

· Compile information and prepare reports

· Maintain absolute confidentiality of work-related issue, customer records, and restricted county information.

· Field questions from candidates and staff and perform other related duties as required.

Minimum Requirements to perform work-

· High School diploma or GED equivalent

· Two years of experience performing general secretarial or office work.

· Valid Driver’s License with an Arizona Driver’s License may be required within 30 days of hire.

· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not necessary.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities –

· Knowledge of current MS Office software.

· Knowledge of filling and record keeping.

· Skill in the use of data processing systems and other office equipment and machines.

· Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and to follow directions.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and certification of work history, academic credentials, licenses, and certifications as applicable.
